Since its establishment in August 2003, the Office of Research and Development has been working toward creating a congenial and productive campus environment that emphasizes the essential relationship between human beings, ecological living, and the natural environment, while facilitating the comprehensive planning and development of colleges, departments, research institutes, and instructional support services at National Dong Hwa niversity to keep pace with new and emerging ideas and technologies that will assure global awareness and international competitiveness of NDHU in a rapidly changing world.
