依據教育部「補助大專校院辦理獎助生團體保險要點」提供辦理獎助生團體保險所需經費，補助對象為具有學籍之學生且擔任研究獎助生或附服務負擔助學生而需要從事服務學習活動之學生者。

1. 計畫主持人提出投保需求→系所承辦登入系統→研發處彙整統一投保。
2. 承保期間不得跨越會計年度(115年12月31日)。
3. 同一學生同一時間於同一年度保險公司僅能參加一項團體保險。
4. 保險費分為教育部補助及自費兩種，目前教育部補助類別有：研究獎助生(RA)、生活助學生(學務處)及國科會/教育部補助計畫(B、C類計畫)，其餘申請者保費應自行負擔。
5. 團保平台開放登錄時間：每月1日至25日晚上12：00止。未依規定申請投保致權益受損者，須自行負責。

※115年1月1日起保者，請於114年12月26日晚上12:00前完成登錄。

[Notice on Group Insurance for Scholarship and Financial Aid Recipients]

Regarding the enrollment in group insurance for scholarship and financial aid recipients for Year 2026, the Ministry of Education (MOE) provides funding for the implementation of group insurance for scholarship and financial aid recipients. The subsidized beneficiaries are enrolled students who serve as research scholarship recipients or financial aid recipients with service obligations and who are required to engage in service-learning activities.

1. The term “scholarship and financial aid recipients” referred to in this notice is defined in accordance with Article 1, Paragraph 2 of the Guidelines for Safeguarding the Rights and Interests of Scholarship and Financial Aid Recipients in Colleges and Universities (專科以上學校獎助生權益保障指導原則).
2. For Year 2026, the group insurance for scholarship and financial aid recipients at colleges and universities is underwritten by Shinkong Insurance Co., Ltd.
