The Office of Research and Development at National Dong Hwa University promotes harmonious integration of human and material resources on campus, and strives to stimulate intellectual inquiry in the various academic domains and disciplines related to NDHU’s overall mission and organizational objectives, including the development of innovative research, comprehensive university-wide planning, educational programs and services, and professional consulting. Each division of the R&D Office operates within the guidelines set by NDHU to provide for the needs of its operational constituency, and Administrative Affairs coordinates the efforts of each division in order to successfully implement the policy initiatives set forth by the Office of the President at NDHU, while simultaneously conducting new research on emerging issues that will continue to guarantee the smooth and efficient operation of NDHU in the foreseeable future.
